Is there something that interests you that suits your abilities? Maybe a special sport or a certain hobby? It’s not about being perfect or winning competitions. It is crucial that what you do corresponds to your personal inclinations and you experience joy and inner satisfaction.
You experience fulfillment and joy by dealing with things that put you in a so-called “flow state”, activities in which you are self-forgetful and concentrated so that you forget everything around you.
