Manipulate the subconscious with self-programming
Use self-programming to replace negative thoughts with positive ones
Is it hard for you to focus on success? Are you struggling with negative thought patterns and habits that make life difficult for you?
Self-programming is a simple and effective method that you can use to turn negative thoughts into positive ones.
Self-programming works by providing new messages in your subconscious. It is the exchange of old negative information against new positive information.
However, the way you formulate the information is critical to its effectiveness.
If I asked you to recite the following statement, “I am a millionaire,” how effective do you think this would be? Will you suddenly become a millionaire overnight? Would the money fall from the sky in your lap?
Probably not. Why? Quite simply because you know that this statement is not true. If you try to convince your subconscious that you are a millionaire, you are going to conflict with your current belief.
Your subconscious mind does not like conflicts and no changes. So nothing changes in your life.
In order to program yourself, you have to find a way to reach your subconscious by choosing the right words.
Compare above statement with this: “I am getting richer every day”.
That feels better, right? Your mind does not resist, because that would actually be conceivable (even if it has not happened yet, but it is realistically conceivable).
Another effective statement that requires more ownership rather than saying, “I am getting richer every day,” for example, “I am open to the best ways to make money quickly and easily.”
The formulation of such a statement makes you more responsible. Rather than passively waiting for the money to fall from the sky, you actively send a message to your subconscious mind that teaches you, through constant attention, to seek opportunities and find ways to reach your goal.
How long it takes for new thought patterns to internalize and become effective depends entirely on the individual character of the person. You have to believe holistically in a positive change and work regularly with realistic positive beliefs, until they finally take root in you.
The more you strive to keep focusing on positive thoughts, the more your life will change for the better.
Time and effort are well spent, as properly applied self-programming is a helpful way of personal development and life development. Self-programming can help you to overcome fears.
The problem is that many people are unsure which word choice is right for successful self- programming.
There are many different opinions about which language is the most effective. The most important thing is that the positive thought patterns ultimately have their effect.
The goal is to replace negative thought patterns with positive ones. This makes you feel safer and happier with everything you do.
