Life is a constant up and down. There are always people, circumstances and situations that weaken our self-esteem and hinder our self-realization . But we should never be deprived of our power, but always be mindful of ourselves, not lose faith in ourselves and strive for and maintain a positive attitude towards life .

1. Destructive Occupational Environment
Distinguish yourself from the ideology of “being eaten and eaten” – after which everyone is hostile to the competition in order to move forward. This is an environment where usually only people who have no esteem and who can not stand it anyway can make it.

Slime, gossips, crybabies, wrynecks, bulldozers, informers, sycophants, trappers, control freaks, complainers, moaners, cholerics, know-it-alls, … there are a variety of different types of people that only bring negative energy into your life and in this way your life and yours affect positive attitude to life.
The best remedy, however, is to avoid them. You will not be able to change these people . If their presence harms you, avoid being near them. For, as Nietzsche once put it, in a similar way: “The world is open to really great people.”
3. Changes in the life situation
Changes in life challenge our worldview. They test our mental agility, adaptability and shape the way we think. Changes can make life complicated for a while, trigger tension and anxiety , but they are also useful for us to find ways to improve our selves.
Life is constantly changing. Be open to it. Remember how many good twists you have experienced in your life.
4. Past experiences
It’s okay to shed tears, cry out, or shout out our grief when it happens to us. However, do not let your pain turn to fear. It could otherwise seize you and knock you to the ground. See every mistake and failure as a useful experience.
5. Pessimistic basic attitude
Open your eyes and look the facts in the eye. Do not let yourself be overwhelmed by all the negative opinions in the world and guide your interpretation of reality from bad worldviews. If you want, you can see everything negative and dark, if you let it. Developing self-esteem, however, means learning to do the best out of the worst-case scenario. A positive attitude to life will help you.
6. Genetic and social influences
It is said that what you are and what you do is on the one hand a concoction of inherited, genetically predetermined characteristics. On the other hand, you are psychologically influenced by your education and your social environment, such as your parents, your partner, your company, the social system in general, or your circle of friends.
You are an independent personality. If your father was a failure and could not get things done, that does not mean that you, too, have to be incapable. You have the opportunity to learn from the mistakes of other people, so as not to commit the same mistakes as you.
Occasionally, you may wonder if some people are naturally born creators, or by birth, optimists. NOT AT ALL! It is in your decision to have a positive attitude towards life.
No one is born to be this or that person 30 years later. You come into the world to develop yourself through your choices.
To pave the way to build self-confidence for your own self-development is a free decision and not a determination or a gift. God will not come down from heaven and tell you, “You have the right to build self-confidence now to develop yourself.”
