Self-programming – use the amazing power of your subconscious
Through positive self-programming, it is possible to use the power of the subconscious mind.
I am sure that there are many people who have already dealt with the mysterious subject “subconscious mind” in some form.
But what exactly is our subconscious?
Other names for the subconscious are sleeping mind or the unconscious. These terms arise from the fact that you are completely unaware of your perceptions.
Your subconscious mind is very active and productive because it stores almost every single experience in your life.
The data that the subconscious stores in the form of information is the foundation of your belief system. They can be either helpful or destructive. These beliefs or beliefs that you have will ultimately determine how you shape your life.
Now that you have gained a glimpse of what the subconscious is, and what power it assumes, I will show you some ways that will enable you to maximize the power of your subconscious mind.
Every night before going to bed, spend five minutes visualizing your goals and ideas. Imagine in your mind that you have already achieved these goals and pay attention to your feelings. Feel how you feel about these thoughts.
This simple and easy exercise is amazingly effective in eliminating any negative feelings that hinder your path to achieving your goals.
At bedtime, therefore, is the perfect time for this exercise, because at this time your brain is most willing to accept new information.
The next step in unlocking the potential of your subconscious is the method of positive self-programming, and I like to call it Self-conditioning.
Repeat every day your life goals in an enthusiastic tone. It is important that your goals are really realizable.
You have to say it with enthusiasm and conviction, and truly believe from the bottom of my heart what you say so that your subconscious mind really registers it.
The longer you practice the method of positive self-programming, the more you will believe in your goals, and the more deeply you will think in your subconscious mind of achieving those goals.
Create a positive environment
Choose a place where you work regularly. This could be, for example, your study or your workplace.
Attach notes or posters with positive and motivating guidelines. The more posters you attach, the easier it will be to release your negative thoughts, and the quicker your subconscious mind will internalize these positive principles.
Your subconscious mind is a phenomenon, it will automatically pick up on your positive thoughts.
Your work will soon be easier and you will feel more efficient, active and better.
If you consistently and consistently follow the above advice, I can assure you that you will get results very soon.
