Strengthening self-esteem through self-programming
Positive self-programming can help strengthen self-esteem. If you want to convert negative thoughts into positive ones, you should follow a few rules.
When you consider that low self-esteem is usually the result of negative messages picked up by our subconscious mind, it makes sense to reprogram the subconscious mind with positive messages.
However, to achieve effective success in positive self-programming, it is necessary to follow a few rules.
It is important that the choice of words does not refer to the future, i.e. to a fictitious point in time that could be at some point. For example, instead of “I will learn to love myself”, you should use the phrase “I choose to love myself” because it refers to the current time.
Your thought patterns must be believable. If you say “I am a wonderful person I can offer the world a lot” but you do not really believe this, your words will be ineffective as they are rejected by the subconscious. It is important that your statement can actually be credibly internalized for you.
An alternative to the above wording would be a statement that focuses on the process rather than the end result, such as the following: “I learn to perceive my uniqueness to share it with others”.
3. The right tone:
When you recite your thought patterns, you can do it loudly or quietly, but you should focus heavily on the tone you use. Instead of saying the words without feeling, you should let love and tenderness flow into them. Because our subconscious mind reacts to feelings rather than words.
Imagine the difference between the words “I love myself”, with a tone of love and compassion, or with a tone characterized by sarcasm. Which tone would have a greater impact on your subconscious?
Once you have developed some thought patterns, you should try to repeat them several times a day. Remember, your subconscious is constantly using old negative messages, which you should counteract as often as possible. Therefore, repeat your positive thought patterns regularly, especially if you think negatively about yourself.
5. Take your time:
Give your subconscious time. It will take some time to convert negative feelings into positive ones. It may take a few weeks or even months before you notice a significant change.
If you stick with it and don’t get discouraged, a gradual change will eventually occur. Little by little you will start to feel better. You will find that you feel happier and freer.
This shows you that the self-programming method is an effective way to replace negative thought patterns with positive ones.
