TB-500 is a peptide that can be used to promote healing, increase range of motion in the event of an injury, or relieve pain in the event of an injury by reducing inflammation. So far, the use in humans has not been widespread and is currently limited to people who like to experiment. The use in the field of equestrian sport, however, is very common, since it is a non-prescription veterinary medication. It is believed that it is also used by professional athletes, such as soccer players, so that they can be used again as quickly as possible.
The mode of action of TB-500 (Thymosin-Beta4):
Injection of TB-500 is recommended in cases of acute injury where experience has shown that healing is slow, or in cases of chronic injury where there is no other healing.
In the body, thymosin beta4 is produced in the thymus, a gland that is largest in children and shrinks as adults get older and is practically non-existent in older people. TB-4 is also produced locally in different cells and is found in particular in wound fluid, as well as in quite high concentrations in the plasma of some cells. The fact is that Thymosin Beta4 is able to promote different forms of wound healing, promote the production of stem cells and drastically reduce inflammation. The TB-500 peptide sequence is identical to the active region of thymosin-beta4 and has many and possibly all the properties of thymosin-beta4 in a form that is much cheaper to produce.
TB-500 is known to at least partially stimulate the growth of hair loss due to androgen-related hair loss, and to be able to give a darker color to at least part of the hair that is graying . It is also reported to promote muscle growth in horses. The latter could be based on promoting the production of stem cells. Bodybuilders who have used TB-500 for the purpose of promoting healing generally do not report such an effect. However, it is possible that this effect has occurred but has been attributed to other causes, or that this effect has not occurred because TB-500 is generally only used during periods of injury that do not tend to be a time
The types of injuries that are aided in healing include tendonitis, torn muscle and strains, but could include many other types of muscle and connective tissue injuries, as well as skin injuries. If muscle injury results in compromised flexibility, TB-500 can offer a significant improvement.
Common stacks of TB-500 (Thymosin-Beta4):
Possible increases in effectiveness through a combination of TB-500 with growth hormones or a GHRP. Although TB-500 can be surprisingly effective on its own, at least some people will get better results from combining TB-500 with growth hormones than from using TB-500 alone.

Dosage of TB-500 (Thymosin-Beta4):
The most common dosage is 2 or 2.5 mg TB-500 twice a week for 6 weeks, after which the injection frequency is reduced to one or two injections per month as a maintenance dose becomes. The injection is subcutaneous.
So far, the knowledge regarding the optimal dosage of TB-500 has been very limited. The dosage regimen described above could be the most effective since it is the regimen that has the most reviews. It is also possible that the method of use will change with increasing knowledge and experience. An alternative option would be to increase the dosage frequency to 3 injections per week or to increase the dosage to 4 to 5 mg twice a week. Before proceeding to such a program, however, it would be advisable to try the standard dosage scheme first.
The side effects of TB-500 (thyroxine beta4):

I would gain TB-500 by mass, but if using it would not be aware that undamaged body parts could potentially benefit from its use, and would train undamaged weak body parts that are particularly hard during a TB-500 course, doing on the possibility of benefit. In my personal use it seems likely there was some such effect without having previously known the muscle gain in horses. I had no expectation of muscle size or “quality” benefits at all.
TB-500 is a synthetic fraction of the protein thymosin beta-4, which is present in practically all human and animal cells. The main purpose of this peptide is to promote healing. It also promotes creation of fresh blood and muscle cells. The healing effects of TB-500 have been observed in the tendons, ligaments, muscles, skin, heart and eyes. Thymosin beta-4 is naturally produced in the higher concentration,in which tissue has been damaged. This peptide is also a very potent anti-inflamatory agent.
When to use TB-500?
I recommend TB-500 in the case of acute injury and rule of thumb, healing may be slow or slow in the case of chronic injury, otherwise it will not heal.

How to use TB 500?

In the most general dosage regimen, the entire vial is taken at once. If you take the entire vial, the whole amount will be drawn into the syringe, usually an insulin syringe, and injected. Corresponding personal preferences can be injection subcutaneously, intramuscularly or intravenously.
The most common dosing regimen takes 2.0 or 2.5 mg of TB-500 twice a week for four to six weeks and then lowers it to a reduced administration for example once or twice a month for maintenance.
The knowledge system regarding the TB-500 dose is still limited. The above agreement is the most effective, but it is the protocol with the most records. It is entirely possible that with the acquisition of knowledge, the use of the method will change. For example, it is appropriate to increase the frequency of administration to 3x / week (I did the effect) or to increase the dose to 4 or 5 mg twice a week. However, before starting such a procedure, I recommend trying the standard protocol first.
If you are interested in using the animals, the typical dosage of the horse is 6 times 10 mg injections every 10-10 days. For more intensive treatment, use 20 mg a week. For running dogs, the typical program is six times a week for 5 mg injections.
How to increase the effect when using TB-500?
If TB-500 can be remarkably effective on its own, at least some people will experience better results with TB-500, which is taken along with handling on the ground than with alone-TB-500.
Alternating compared to using alleintb-500, healing effects can be improved by combining TB-500 with a GHRP (such as GHRP-2, GHRP-6, ipamorelin or hexarelin) or a GHRP / Mod GRF stack .
Of those two approaches to the results, I currently believe the TB-500 / handling- on the floor stack to be the more effective.
The dosage of TB 500
People generally use between 4 to 8 mg of TB500 per week during the start (loading) period of 4 to 6 weeks. After that, some decide to maintain the effects with a low mg dose once to 2 to 6 every 2 weeks. The effects of TB-500 wear out within 2 – 3 weeks of injection.
The most common dosing protocol is to take 2.0 or 2.5 mg of TB-500 twice a week for four to six weeks, and then decrease to a lower dose rate, such as once or twice a month for maintenance.
Give a subcutaneous vial of 2ml every week for six consecutive weeks. There after use one vial 2ml per month. It is best to give injection 6 days before intensive work. We recommend giving the shot the day after the intense work that then gives the shot there every seven days after. You need to make sure to hydrate yourself very well when using this product. Give normal vitamins and minerals to support normal running function. Hydration is key when using this product.
